Independent technology publication for travellers

Editorial contact and corrections

Send an editorial correction, feedback or general publication question. This is not a customer-support route for eSIM services.

Corrections and editorial feedback Night Atlas welcomes corrections, clarifications and factual feedback. If you believe an article contains an error, an unclear technical explanation, or an omission that affects readers’ understanding of eSIM technology or travel connectivity, please contact us. Include a clear description of the issue, links to the specific article or section, and any primary documentation that supports your correction (for example a manufacturer specification, regulator guidance, or a URL to the public source). We evaluate corrections against primary sources and, when appropriate, make a transparent correction or clarification in the article. General editorial enquiries If you have questions about our editorial approach, research methods, or potential topics for coverage, describe the question and the context. We prioritise enquiries that are constructive and specific—pointing to a regulatory change, a new device capability, or a governance question helps us assess whether coverage or an explainer is warranted. We do not act as a helpdesk for provisioning or activation issues; please use your device manufacturer’s or service provider’s official support channels for transactional problems. How to reach us For corrections and editorial matters, send details to the contact pathway linked on contact.html. For general enquiries about the site, clarity on an article, or to suggest a topic for investigation, address your message using the same contact link. If you prefer direct email, note that the site receives deliberate messages sent to the editorial contact; we monitor that mailbox for corrections, press queries about public documentation, and partnership-free inquiries. Our public-facing address for those who choose email is [email protected]. What we do not provide We are not eSIM customer support. We do not provision, activate or troubleshoot subscriber accounts. We do not have access to carriers’ customer records, activation logs, or proprietary back-end systems. If you need account-level support—such as activating a purchased profile, recovering authentication credentials, or disputing billing—contact the carrier or service through their official channels. Response expectations We aim to acknowledge substantive editorial corrections within a reasonable timeframe and to provide a clear explanation of whether a change will be made. Complex technical disputes that require confirmation from third parties may take longer; when outside verification is necessary we will describe the steps we have taken to confirm the facts. We cannot promise immediate response to every inquiry but do prioritise verifiable corrections and safety-relevant issues. Privacy of submissions If your message contains sensitive personal data, avoid including it unless essential; do not send account passwords or authentication tokens. We treat correspondence in line with the privacy information on privacy.html. By sending editorial feedback you acknowledge that we will retain the message for editorial recordkeeping and possible correction audit trails.
